Brooksby House can be exclusively booked for all for special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, reunions, golfing events and golf groups. Also exclusive use of Brooksby is available for corporate meetings.

Brooksby House has been developed into a large, elegant and sumptuous ‘country house’ property hidden in the heart of St Andrews old town. Its unique central location, minutes from golf courses, historic sights, shops, restaurants and bars, with the rarity of off-street parking provides guests with easy access to what St Andrews has to offer. Set in an acre of grounds Brooksby offers guests privacy in a quiet and peaceful setting.

The house has five en-suite bedrooms and sleeps up to ten people. All Classic and Superior rooms have luxury ensuites with invigorating “drench” showers. Our Luxury Room has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous deep bath reminiscent of old times and also an invigorating shower in which to wake up to the day.

The lounge, with open log fire for cooler days, provides the ideal place to relax, watch satellite TV or a DVD or perhaps simply enjoy reading a book from our library.

The private garden at Brooksby offers a place to enjoy a gentle stroll around the grounds with occasional seating on which to take in the warmth of the day.
