Brooksby is renowned for its great breakfasts prepared to order from fresh and wherever possible local quality ingredients all served on gleaming white porcelain china.

Why not start the day with a bowl of piping hot Scottish porridge oats with a dash of heather honey followed by a cooked breakfast of your choice from our varied menu. A vegetarian option is always available and special diets are catered for.

The extensive cold table offers – fruit juices, cereal, yoghurts, bakery items, oatcakes and preserves. There is always a platter of fresh seasonal fruit available.

The aroma of fresh ground coffee, served in cafetieres, fills the air and a selection of teas is available served in white china teapots.
